What this site does with data

Short version: the contact form sends what you type to ZUMX so Tahir can reply about your project. There is no analytics and no tracking.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

What this site does

  • Serves static HTML, CSS, JavaScript and images. There is no application server behind these pages; the only code that runs on the server is the small agent API under /api.
  • The contact form sends your name, email, project type and message to ZUMX when you press send. It is processed via Make.com, stored in a Google Sheet, and an auto-reply email is sent to the address you give. These details are used only to reply about your project.
  • The agent API (/api/inquiries) lets an AI assistant send a project inquiry for you, only after you approve the exact inquiry. It carries your name, email, project type and message, the assistant's name, and any company, budget, timeline or links you agreed to share. It goes the same way as the form: processed via Make.com, stored in a Google Sheet, with an auto-reply to your email, and is used only to reply about your project.
  • If sending fails, the form instead prepares a plain-text email draft to tahir@zumxlabs.xyz in your email app, using a mailto: link, for you to send yourself.
  • Uses two typefaces, Archivo and Hanken Grotesk, served as files from this site itself. No font is requested from a third-party server: every @font-face rule in the stylesheet points at a file under /fonts/ on this site.
  • Images on this site are served from this site too, under /images/ and /assets/.

What this site does not do

  • It does not use what you send through the contact form or the agent API for anything other than replying about your project.
  • It does not run analytics, and there is no advertising pixel.
  • It does not set tracking cookies, and it does not read any.
  • It does not embed trackers, chat widgets, maps or third-party scripts.
  • It does not load a remote font, so no visitor information is shared with a font host.

Server logs

Whoever hosts this site may keep ordinary server logs — things like IP address, timestamp and requested path — for security and troubleshooting. That is the host's practice, not something this site controls, and no promise is made that no logs exist.

If this changes

If this site later adds analytics, another API, remote fonts, cookies or another form, or changes where the contact form or the agent API sends your details, this notice has to be updated before that change goes live, and the "last updated" date above has to change with it.

What this notice is not

This is plain-language information about what the current implementation does. It is not legal advice. Any additional disclosure about business identity, data retention or jurisdiction-specific obligations has to be confirmed before publication.
